Default Anyone know a good file "un-zipper"?

Hello everyone, I know its been a while but Im back in the game now. I recently found my way back here and noticed that there a few mods I have been waiting for have indeed come out(most notably the merchant flt mod) but my copy of WinRAR keeps comeing up with errors. Could it be the files or WinRAR?

The 2 mods in particular I have been trying to get are the new interal mod and the merchant fleet mod.

I`m running windows 7 Pro (64 bit)

Your best bet is 7zip. It's free and it can handle many formats.

Download the latest version from 7zip.org.

Run as Administrator to set the file associations if it doesn't work after installation.

Good luck!

I've used 7zip for years, works like a charm!

Using other programs, other than 7zip, has caused uncompression errors that are false. This has been reported multiple times by various subsimmers in various forums.

7-zip is the most reliable and easiest to use.
Don't use 77-zip, I installed it once by mistake and had a hell of a time, had to clean it out my registry in order to use 7-zip correctly.

7-zip. Easiest one to use IMO.
