Are VIIB's no longer available out of Willy in Sept 39?
Please bear with me.... I am a returning commander but with 2 years of rust.
Running GWX3.0 Gold and SH3 Commander (of course.) When I start a career, I want a VIIB out of Willy... but no longer getting that option for Sep 39. Did something change while I was away? Searched the forum but didn't see it. I sure as sh*t aint going out the Kiel Canal every time... and I hear locks have been added on it!
