I'm not that much into computers. I do not dare to touch the BIOS as CaptainHaplo suggested earlier
and I'm a totally newbie regarding graphic cards. I guess I have to use what I have right now and hope for Miss luck smiling extra at me next time and let me win big. Markus |

well some laptops have dedicated cards they are often a corporate model like my dell M6400 (these are often used for modeling) or on a so called gaming laptop. the best graphics card you can get though is the 780M IIRC

Change your power settings to Performance too, rather than the stock Balanced (iirc). (Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings (W7))
