It's not "playable" as such. It's a printed table for comparing propeller speeds on the hydrophone.

I will have a look at that, maybe I do some effort to create a chart and include in the game' screen, if time allows !!

If you decide to go for it have a look at my Charts addon mod. I have added a speed / rpm chart for NYGM there, so it might be helpful to see one version of how a thing like that can be done.
