It seems to me that any time the government gets involved in something, all they manage to do is muck it up royally. Health care is no exception.
Who's going to benefit from this law that will force everyone to have health insurance? Insurance companies. It damned sure isn't for our benefit because we'll pay for it through the nose. Either with the exorbitant premiums or in added taxation penalties.

Soak the torches and sharpen your pitchforks. We're going after Dr. Frankenstein's monster come next June.
I just got a COLA increase on my disability the first of the year and it was instantly gobbled up by increased Medicare premiums.

We can show them 'tards what's what by expiring or absolute refusal to obey this ignorant garbage piece of legislation.

I agree Wolferz. Government is not the solution, it's the problem.
Obamacare will ensure the bankruptcy of the US. Simply put "we can't afford it." That's why the government is loading up on ammo. When you give handouts to millions and then take them away...it's going to get ugly.

Not me, I'm getting right in there. Soon as they open the line, I'm signing up. I'm too healthy for any disability, and too motivated for welfare. But Obamacare will beat my current insurance provider. And I want my bit of the government dole that most everyone has going for them now.

If this new system works, yay. If not, let's see if we can crash it.

Maybe Sweden knows something we don't....

Ahh, I found another link about it from a different news source than I usually use. Took a bit of Googling to find the correct headline.

Report: Obamacare Loophole to Hammer Low-Wage Workers

http://townhall.com/tipsheet/guybens...rkers-n1620803

The scariest part about this is that I keep seeing articles of this nature. How there are hidden taxes that will kick in, or how the coverages will not be as good as those provided under the current system, or how businesses can avoid coverage for their workers through loopholes that govern how many workers a business needs before mandatory coverage kicks-in. I honestly don't know what to believe and apparently, neither do the alleged experts, but I guess we're going to find out whether we sink or swim.

What would be scary is not finding articles of that nature.
What would be really scary is going to townhall.com and not finding it full of stories about how team D is really very naughty.
I suppose the real beauty is that the problems all relate to the soft deal given .to insurance and industry which came as a compromise mess instead of the single payer universal healthcare which was proposed

I never read any news from Townhall.com, this was the first time I even heard of them, so if they're one sided, I didn't know. I couldn't find the original article that was posted on my homepage just a few days ago so I posted what appeared to be the same basic article. I just happened to find it where I did while searching via Google.

In the original article, there was an ending comment by one of the Democrats (can't remember who) who said something to the effect that this might have been avoided if the original bill hadn't been rushed through and there had been more time to deliberate over it's finer points.
It was by the Associated Press but I can't seem to find the original article.
