One thing i find quite annoying with all the latest matches i had played is that there is too much 'camping'/ 'bubbling'. like players rushing to reach a sort of place in the middle or just below the middle of their map, and ammassing their units there/SAM's and doing nothing. Just waiting for any attempt to sparehead.
So in whatever attempt you do to attack them to break this boring stalemate( or i am not able to) , you are getting crushed.
Also when an opportunity arises if there's some movement and i go for it, most of the times my other teammates do nothing to support and stay in their respective bubble/camping leading again to catastrophic results ( my deck alone cant cope to CAS, push forward and support all at the same time). Maybe its me that i wouldnt want to wait minutes and minutes doing close to nothing apart some micronaging of infantry

Lastly a noticeable change i saw was in SAM's, now their range is incredibly nerfed against helos( IMHO, i'd prefer if the become a bit more agile)

IR SAMs do well against helos; their effectiveness against fixed-wing was reduced because the regular MANPADS/IR-SAM spam made use of ground attack planes suicidal at best.

I'm guessing you're a NATO player?

Damn...tactical nuclear strikes...that's a game changer right there.

I hope that they do a DLC with this kind of campaign ported to Germany/West Europe. That would be...beautiful.

One week to go...

I just bought this on Friday, I never played EE.

I was a bit lost for the first hour or two, but it is really growing on me now that I have an small sliver of an idea of what to do.

I love the units, I have Harriers and Lynx Heli's!, two of my favourite aircraft of all time.

My only concern is that it's all a bit fast, I would like an option to slow it all down a bit, or is that just me getting old?

Nah, prefer slower games too. Lower point games tend to be slower; 3 player with 2k points or 4 player with 3k. It's getting really tight if you tweak it down for 2 player teams (only 500 each).

Tried the tutorials? Can take your time in those.
