If the game lists the IXC as starting later, maybe there are othe parameters that need to be changed.

basic.CFG might need to be edited as some dates are listed there especially for upgrades. but then again i think SH3C should have handled that so it might be flotilla that needs to be edited i would recommend poking around. also might need to look for prototype dates that may also need editing.
