One huge benefit of fog like in ISE is that I can find ships on radar and then blast them at 1000 to 500 yards with the deck gun without risk of injury. Even the Destroyers and other escorts I have simply blown out of the water by watching the radar and manually firing the gun at them.

When I run out of Ammunition I just use the radar for a firing solution and get in under 1000 yards while leading the target by 5 to 10 degrees.

Point the TDC at zero line the bow where you want to fire. When the radar shows the ship at 350 to 355 fire on high speed set detonators to influence and do not forget to have your doors open already or the fish will might miss aft.

Just let him know, it's an easy fix. I tweaked a few things and it works fine. He'll fix it right up his way. I didn't test ISE base mod alone, but seems in the past it didn't have this issue, so I would just use that. I think it looks better anyway.

I use my own env, but just loaded all 3 to put it to the fog test Fifi was dealing with and had the same issue. I did use it ISE a few time just to see what he was doing and don't recall any fog issues with it. I didn't test all 3 mods one at a time, but I suspect one of the two extra mods is the fog issue, so I can only suggest those that use ISE to use the base mod and speak to caustic about the issue.

Yes, try Improved Stock Environment - TMO/RFB alone. I'll try and PM myself.

Just to provide a little extra info; early editions of RFB had fog issues, too. The game seems to be a little "twitchy" when it comes to fog.
