Hey mate,

Click on the captains face in the lower menubar.
if the captens board is opened choose the point recognitionmanual and it will open.

Hope you use the right menu.txt Please check the menu.txt and compare it with the english and russian one because you are still much better in russian as i could

I use of the Russian Menu.txt v 3.0!
With v 3.01 I CTD when loading the game!
