SH3Cmdr doesn't do anything that could cause CTDs when accessing the Patrol History (or really anything for that matter - it's rather innocuous). Perhaps send GlobalExplorer and/or me the relevant patrol Log_x.cfg file and we can have a look. BTW installing/uninstalling SH3Cmdr will not affect your game saves.
