Do i have to enable all possible sound mods like 'Harbour Addition Environment' for instance, for this to work correctly?
All the sound effects played by SH5 must be included in an index file, called sh.sdl. Mods adding new sounds are often not reciprocally compatible, because their respective indices don't include each other's sounds.

The mod by Volodya updates sh.sdl with all the new sounds added in game by various mods

Here's a thought. If he runs the SH Vallidator will that find his problem? I've done that after a crash and then retired running SH5 and it worked again.

SHDL Editor by TDW has a built in checker that will give you all the problems about your sh.sdl file and all the sounds files.

If it can help, i definitely solved my only random CTD when clicking select tube/opening tube by deleting DBSM mods.
Maybe it was conflicting with other mod, but that's the one i could play without, because no way to delete OHII or FX Uptade.
