The Weekly Standard reported Friday that Obamasigned an executive order which ends the pay freeze for federal workers, including for Congress. The base salary of those in the House and Senate will go up to $174,900 from $174,000. The raises are expected to cost the taxpayers $11 billion over 10 years, per Congressional Budget Office figures
