Hi Rubini. Not sure; just some suggestion. Does it get fixed if you dive back down and resurface? I have this happen sometimes in VIIB/C in heavy weather when surfacing and it gets kind of stuck for a while as I guess it reads that it's still submerged. But after a while on surface it reads finally as surfaced and no more problem. But your situation sounds like it's stuck all the time?
