TOOLS|OPTIONS and enter your PA installation as the SH2 location.
I have v2.55 and v2.619 installed. I, also, have 18 Kriegstanz missions designed for PA which I downloaded from someplace (where I cannot remember). You are welcome to them if you PM me with an email address. Should be a 100-200K zipped.
