Real life? The Germans drive on the right. Game? it doesn't care. Either side works. Real life? You would sit and wait your turn, and then they would hold the door for you until you were inside, then close it and open the other one. Game. They're on a timer, and all you need to do is wait for the door to open, then rush through.

The winners write the rules. Well that would've been the case had we remained without help from a lot of other countries. This is probably just coincidence.
