Stealhead Navy Seal Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: Kentucky Posts: 5,421 Downloads: 85 Uploads: 0	What happens if a clear winner appears before that time? New Jersey gets 14 electoral votes. What I am asking is with all other states coming in before Friday what if one candidate has a clear lead in all of the other states and the wining or losing of New Jersey would make no difference for the outcome?
