How about having an icon for => leaving Kiel / return to Kiel leaving Willhelmshaven / return to Willhelmshaven leaving Brest / return to Brest ... chomu has done the excellent "integrated orders" mod and has successfully fixed the RUB weather icon problem. He should be the one who is able to do the job!
