You can take some credit, you put me on the right track, Google did the rest of the hard work.

I admit the bird's left talons are holding something ever so slightly different from the OP pic, but different artists/designers can have a different take on things like 'arrows on the right pointing to the 2 o'clock position'. Or so I say. Tail's different too, but it fits within most parameters. You are looking at something that's been around for over a century, not something that has been mass produced in some Taiwanese factory.
