Breaking the fortress is a mission to Scapa Flow its available after the a couple days after you start your first patrol September 10 1939 to October 15 1939. If you were on patrol it can be easy for you to miss it(been there done that). FYI....No mission has to be done in any order or a return to base nor do all missions need to be complete to finish that campaign. Happy Hunting
