The manual and video walkthroughs should be on the CDs. But those will only tell what happens when you press certain buttons. Not why or when you want to press them. For that consult these community generated documents. Some may be for the old i688 fast attack or Sub Command sims, but are still useful:

In the DW scenario section of Subguru's site should also be a sub TMA tutorial scenario by Molon Labe. Definitely try that to get the basics.
