mod soup for low computer

Low end being at the minimum spec for the game, But I hear what your saying Sailor Steve, I have a Core i7-3960X new this year, but without a GPU to with it I might as well throw it out the window.

I doubt you will ever get your 7 year old computer to run SH5, but if you have a computer that meets the minimum specs your going to have a lag filled game, which can be mostly alleviated by mods. Hopefully

If you had a low end machine with 4gb of memory and run XP Pro would it be advantageous to install Win 7 64bit?
