Steam and DRM, please help!

So you have a registered account on Uplay but it won't let you login? Maybe it tries to save - game not registered to proper account/account not found - crash? The issue maybe your Uplay account. After creating an account I set mine to 'offline' permanently with no issues.
Being mostly hypothetical here, sorry.
I can only suggest to take up the issue with Ubisoft support to fix your account. (If that is really the problem). Remember to provide Steam receipts, etc. to help prove your ownership.
