copy jsgme installer in game folder and after install it
if you have multiple silent hunter games be sure is in sh4 folder
if you don't have MODS folder you can create it yourself
be sure in mod folder you wanna enable exist a folder called data, and into it you have a submarine folder who contents your ship, and if mod have a readme file assure yourself if that mod is compatible with your version of game (1.4, 1.5 UBM, etc)
