The problem is, I couldn't get GWX to download in the first place. The links wouldn't work for me. I only found off site links. I did find sh3 commander.
I am wondering now if these all work together: NYGM, SH3 commander, and Harbor Traffic. And if I am using those is there even a need for an environmental mod?
