It is very difficult, perhaps impossible, to get radar to work when it has not been placed on your boat.
Notwithstanding, I believe there is a wierd guy who created the OTC (Optical Training Correction) mod (also named CapnScurvy coincidentally) who, as part of the mod, created U.S. radar from the start of the war. I am not sure if it is on all boats though, as I haven't played all of them. |
