Help with America's Army on Steam

I downloaded the game for free because (you can look it up if u want) i liked one of the other America's Army games. AA3 on Steam, well,

it lags everywhere i go. Im not even playing online and it lags.

I cant complete the basic obstacle course because of it. Please help.

Seems like your PC isn't up to the job if it doesn't run properly even offline.
