RAOBF ring does not rotate

Hi,
I'm new to SH5 and to this forum, so apologies if this question has been asked and answered before.
I have these mods installed:
NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith
Manos scopes 16x9 patch
Trevally Autoscripts and tutorials

All seems to work fine except that I cannot seem to rotate the RAOBF ring with the mouse wheel. Placing the cursor on the ring and scrolling the mouse wheel continues to zoom/unzoom the scope.

Am I missing something?

Shift Or control ? I think that works

If you mean scroll the mouse wheel whilst holding shift or control, then no that makes no difference

There is tumbler on top-left side of RAOFB...

Those tutorials, I might add, are well worth adding to your mod list!
