I remember a movie, starring Tom Selleck.

I think it was some kind of Sci-Fi and in this movie the bullit could be programmed with the victims-something and once fired the bullit will find it's target.

His weapon was "fitted" to only one person- No other could use Dredds gun.
(this has also been used in some James Bond movies).

Is there a forest in New Jersey?

I though whole state to be just a container jungle with factories and suburbs.
