Hey guys, I still miss you! (You may remember me as Heinz Fischer from WaW I/II)

I really hope to get back to the fold someday, although my studies/work haven't been great for this kind of thing

If you do plan to get WaW pacific on, please promote it on the SH4 forum here. I might just try to join again, too

Heinz,

Like to have you back in fold again, but take care of business first.

I'll get Per to post something over on the SH4 forum when WAW Pacific is up.

Von

Funny you should ask Jim, as, while his rank title is unique, his avatar is one of the standards.

GREAT!!!!

IMPORTANT: When registering both at the SHIII Atlantik WaW OR the SHIV-based WaW-Pacific sites YOU must follow the rule of choosing user name reflecting the possible name of a commander of that time. We have experienced (and still are) numerous spammers registring creating lots of cleanout work every week. What I mean is that any calling him/herself dwrlwadda, viagrachnker, splotirdby etc etc..... will automatically be rejected.
Just take a look at the existing user names and you will get the picture.

For the WAW Atlantik we use SH3.

As I indicated above, we just about finished up WAW V and traditionally we take a short break of a few weeks to make any changes to rules, command structure and the like once the current campaign has been completed.

We will start WAW VI if we have enough participants for the Atlantik.

Good Hunting,
FUBAR295

Very true. Having played with WaW since 2006 I think and am still very attached to it.
Yes, real life (oooohhh) catches up on many of us working the sites but it is still alive. For SHIII it is most likely that we are starting up in a smaller scale than in the earlier days. I mean we had many flotillas at many theatres running at the same time following the time of the war. Some of us has run flotillas for up to 4 years now as commanders.
As said the WaW-Pacific is definitely coming shortly. We are using SHIV1.5 with TMO2,5 & RSRD mods.

Very Addictive!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last weekend we started a trial run of WaW-Pacific to iron out the procedures for gameplay and the site. Unfortunately both WolvesAtWar and WolvesAtWar-Pacific (same server) went down yerterday. We are trying to contact the owner to see if we can get a status update. Hang in there.
