Your mod list looks good to me JohnnyBlaze
 But - you are running out of memory. You need to try the 3gig patch as you use 32bit OS - ah but you only have 2gig ram  You may need to cut out some of these mem hungry mods:- TDWs - FX mod or SViking - inter mod or Stoianm - environ or Strormfly sounds and reduce OHII to base. Try removing one at a time until it fixes your issue
