If your system is 32bit OS with limited RAM be sure to run game in full screen mode.
Also read this post about enabling OS to allow SH5 to use more memory. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1751607&postcount=316 "BCDEDIT /set IncreaseUserVA 3072" |

I've had the same problem. It usually happens right after I add or delete mods. A restart of the game and/or computer has always fixed the problem so far.
I am on Windows 7 64 bit. |

I see that problem about half the save resumes. Stock game patched to 1.2. Exiting game and restarting seems to be the only workaround.

Known bug. Quickest solution would be to start a Historical Mission and exit out, then reload your save. This should clear the bug. Mod order appears to influence this bug as I have altered my mod order repeatedly and my current configuration has not seen this bug reappear.
