Here's how you get to windowed mode:
Step 1.Go to options Step 2. Check windowed mode and wah-la Step 3. Chose what screen resolution you want (it's to the left of the windowed mode check box) and then you are done. Last edited by USS Drum; 12-22-11 at 05:02 PM. |

I tried the ingame settings. I haven't just tried to reset it though. I'll five that a shot. If that doesnt do it I guess I'll reinstall. Thanks anyway

You need to set it to windowed mode in-game, and then exit the game. When you restart, it should be in windowed mode.
The other option is to run the game on one computer, and set up another one for everything else. I've got a low end laptop sitting on the desk I use for surfing/movies/etc. while playing. I think it's French for "voila".

Here's one more thing that I noticed: the lowest resolutions in my settings are greyed out. Have you tried using a different resolution than lowest? That might also be it - you shouldn't set the window size too small.

Yes, I noticed all my lower resolutions are grayed out. No idea what that means though. I can't go any lower than my screen res maybe?
