Hi, and welcome aboard.
I don't think any of the SH 3,4,5 can play on a net book. I would try SH2; it is a fairly good game with the mods.

Welcome aboard!
 I can run it on my laptop, but it's got a pretty good bus speed of around 2 GHz. As mentioned previously, Netbooks are frequently an issue due to lack of resources.
