Hey all, not a total newbie to the games but I never was very involved with the community the first go around, and that may have been why I didn't stick with it as long. I've been hitting up SHIII and I'm as we speak downloading GWX, (as long as the download page stays up, something finnicky there right now) so we'll see how this goes. For the past couple days I've hounded this forum like a dog so I figured I ought to sign up and get some actual interaction and give some props to the guys who are making all this stuff and giving me this helpful information, showing off all the wonderful mods, and making this game what it can be. Good hunting!

hi to all,
first played SH3 a few years back and loved it, got it out again and started to see if I still had the skill to sink some ships. It all came back very quickly. Would love to have a modern sub sim maybe A bomber or hunter killer sim. I work in a navel sub base so it would be cool to speak to a captain and have a little knowlege of what he does. lol |

Hi guys!
I beg permission to go onboard, Sir! It's many years ago that I started crossing rugh seas on my beloved SH II, despite of SH IV and V installed on my PC. I know SH II is quite old (and me too...) but looks today alike new one thanks to the fantastic modder's comunity. Good hunt! |

Hello
Hi all,
Not new to the game, however after a new PC i was trawling through a ton of my "old" games and came across SH IV. Fond memories ensued, so I thought it was time to re-install and see how shocking my manual targetting wouldbe after a few years ashore. Still a fantastic game and I am pleased to see that the same dedication and hard work from all you modders/posters is still going strong. Run silent run deep.
