That's what I have been using, but I've grown weary of swapping the crew out every two hours (it's stormy all the time). In good weather I swapped them every four hours, but I haven't seen good weather in weeks.
I'm thinking this time around I'll set it for No Fatigue and swap them once per day when I send in my daily position report. At least I'll still feel like I'm doing something.

Another thought: in real life, effort doesn't go from 100% to nonfunctional in an instant.
What really happens with fatigue is increased mistakes, poor choices, increased injury and impaired judgement. Total collapse occurs, but only after three or four days without rest. The model is wrong.
