HMS Sheffield F96 (the original intention was to name her Bruiser) was named after the Type 42 of the same name that was sunk at the Falklands.
She was paid off in 2002 and sold to Chile who renamed her ALMIRANTE WILLIAMS. You probably are already aware of that though
