Screenshots changed from .bmp to .tga?

i was looking thru the cfg main file and i came across this
[VIDEO]
Resolution=1024 x 800
DynamicShadows=No
FullScreen=Yes
Synchronized=No
ParticleDensity=100
TextureResolutionHigh=Yes

The Dynamic shadows should that be set to yes?, im guessing the synchronized is Vetical sync. But i dont know. Now my resoultion is set to 1680x1050 but in the cfg/main its set to 1024x800. Did anyone mess with this?
