Commander doesn't have any u-boats, they're all in the data\Submarine folder of the game directory. If there's no IIB modeled in the game there's nothing Commander can do about it, it would need to be added to the game first in order for you to play it.

i think it is IIB modeled in the game ,is in the data/roster/germany/sub/typeIIB
