not shure but i think as i created this sound compilation`s first version, i tryed to reach you but you wasnt active or reachable. Still shame on me that your work wasn`t in the credit`s of the first paragraph of the mod`s thread, but this have changed now if you agree !

This "curious thing you call cap" does not come from my Uniforms Mod !

Not all hats work on all heads. Some of the larger heads will show through the hat. Nothing you can do about other than try a different combination.

Alternately, you could completely replace the guy with another one that has a smaller head, cap and jacket, like I explained here:
