I had tried many times without success but when the doctor told me I was close to getting COPD the decision was easy! No my wife never smoked, our kids don't smoke either!

Other than the 'COPD' part we are more or less identical...I started to struggle to keep up with the forces requirements for physical agility, I soon realised there was more to the job than knocking someone to the ground

I think in order for this to work for me, I need to start thinking of it as a competition: who breaks first, me or Krashkart.
