This is just the mod letting me (or anyone else using the DbgView for troubleshooting/developing) that your sub was spotted by something (aircraft, ship, sub, etc.). Maybe your sub hydrophone fix isn't installed and/or working correctly? Or it's a sign that there's a problem with a unit in the game (for the CTDs)
