Is that a gut feeling or do you have some sort of data to back up that theory.

Unless that man is strutting down the street with a machine gun, rocket launchers, ect...

I agree with the ruling.

But that isn't the point, he may be a braindead racist prick but under that law he can encourage people to murder "******s", as long as he doesn't intend doing it himself.

And the odds of anyone's calls for anything actually doing anything - are - well - slim to none at best. At the first sign of danger, anyhow, the CIA would be all over them.

I find what he said repgunant but it is his right to say what he did, plain and simple.Would I say it? no! but again that is his right under the US Constitution.I see you that hail from Denmark so you may not be aware of what kooks the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals usually are. They have handed down some really outlandish decisions over the years but they finally got this one right.Nice to see their not the rigid left wing hacks they seem to be at times.

Personally, I don't think it is even that repugnant if the fella really feels that strongly against Obama.

Let's face it, considering the responsibility placed on them and how many people their decisions can affect, Presidents and other high officials really get it off easy. Wreck the economy and put one million people out of work, worst thing that really happens to him is he doesn't get re-elected. Big deal.

Meanwhile, some lowly criminal that hurts ONE guy gets prison and a conviction record.

There is no way to completely equalize this disparity, but a risk of death for failure would be a start.
