I see. Until I looked it up I didn't even know what OTC stood for. The truth is I'm so bad at manual targetting I don't even try anymore. That said, I'll take a look at it.

the Easy Aob mod is also quite easy to use btw. The first time you hit a target at over 3,000 yds using manual targeting should yield a feeling of accomplishment.

Manual target for me a little difficult in SHIV for some reason compared to SHIII. I guess I'm just not used to American subs and the system the game uses etc.

I just get in close and usually hit my targets though, I don't try extremely long shots in any sub sim.
