One of the fields in the Adding/Editing Location deals with the scale: Scale (m/pixel at zoom end). The number all ports in the game use is 14.377808, but I guess you can slightly change it up or down to make the harbor fit the landscape.
Also remember to tick the "Scale on zoom" box, so you can properly see how it looks in the editor. Hope this helps you in some way. |
