Be patient.
Some employers like the fact that job seekers seem keen and check up on the progress of their application. Others don't, they get annoyed. There is a fine line to be trodden here, so don't be too aggressive in your phone calls/emails to check on the progress. And yea, keep looking. Good luck btw
