Its a bit daunting when you see it .

I suggest TC1OnAnyMessageBoxText = True
Then turn it on and off at will with the top right hud button .

thanks alot, i added alot of the mods from your ctd list. looking good now. oddly when i start up silent hunter now it takes a pretty long time to load, and i get the intro music looping the first verse about 5 times. nothing seriously bad just annoying. is this a common problem or something i can fix?

probably depends on the computer you are running it on. The same happens for me - I nearly can have 2 smokes before the actual saved game or new patrol is loaded

But beside installing AntiLag, which helps a lot with FPS issues, I have not seen any solutions for this problem.

yeah my system specs are pretty good.
gtx 260 (overclocked to 700 mhz)
4 gigs 1066 ram,
core 2 duo 3.1 ghz
windows 7.

game runs awesome its just the load times are terribad, crysis 2 loads faster =D
