Sorry for bringing back old thread... I just had to!

I did some searching upon the instant refitting of your sub (it's very annoying to me too). It seems to me that SH 4 and SH 5 use the same refit system that doesn't have any options what so ever regarding the refit time. So it's pretty much impossible to change it, unless you create something totally new (like TDW's dll-injection). If there would be some (relatively easy) way to fix this, I'm sure somebody would have fixed it in SH 4, but no.

Best option seems to be to create similiar pop-up text that was in SH 4 mod, "Refit is taking place, wait four hours". It's not the real thing but better than nothing.
