Well, the HD5970 4GB and HD6990 4GB come to mind, if you can't or do not want to crossfire your setup but those are currently the top of the line from ATI going for a 700 - 800 $ pricetag from what I've gathered after a quik google and at least a 750W PSU if you got for the HD6990.
anyhow, what are your current system specifications? and what are your aims? (budget / games you wish to run with a 3 monitor setup) HunterICX

Just a thought: If you go multi-GPU, especially with the aim of multi-monitor, stick with ATI.
Cards Hunter suggested are your best bet.
