Quick win 7 question??

Thank you for suggestion for win-rar we downloaded it ( for 64 bit) and had the following result:
! C:\Users\John\Downloads\GWX_3_St_Naz_and_SchlueseV 4.7z: Cannot open GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4\MODS\GWX - Alternative Flotillas\documentation\Alternative Flotillas Readme.txt
! C:\Users\John\Downloads\GWX_3_St_Naz_and_SchlueseV 4.7z: Cannot open GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4\Documentation\Arrow_Tanker_v1.21_Readme.txt
! C:\Users\John\Downloads\GWX_3_St_Naz_and_SchlueseV 4.7z: Cannot open GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4\MODS\GWX - Alternative Flotillas\data\Menu\de_menu.txt

This is just a small sample the 400 plus files that we get the same message on can anyone suggest solution

PS we have attempted other mods with same results
