Well, then you miss the TMO 2.1 itself as Armistead points out.

Wouldn't mind the mod that makes the boat running 20 knots submerged though...

TMO 2 is the supermod, but you don't have it in your list. You do have other smaller mods that can go with TMO.

There is a patch for 2.1, doesn't really fix anything, just more game play adjustments. If you want TMO and RSRD the DL order would be this.

TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2
TMO_Update_20_to_21
RSRDC_TMO_V502
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1

We have a mods forum here with a sticky at the top that will take you to the mod page. If you want to load other mods, ask first if you're not sure.

Mod page, go to first post.

Just a thought here because it's happened to me.

If you have the speed dial set to show knots, and want to set your speed to zero, it's easy to accidentally have your mouse pointer just slightly left of the zero mark when you click- in which case you'll get flank speed instead.

I've blown a few attacks this way. Try using the "`" key to order all-stop instead.

In my original question I said I had TMO2 + patch bringing it up to 2.1
As you show above: That's just how I had them as my first mods with all the others in order as shown below.
I have removed them all and trying just the TMO 2 patched to 2.1.
See what happens with that.

Maybe more to report after a patrol 'incident'

Thanks to all for the interest so far.
